Why did we integrate?

Access to Austria’s WiEReG register, which centralizes verified information on economic owners and business structures is giving our clients more reliable, regulator-compliant ownership data, improving due-diligence quality and reducing manual verification effort.

How can you use the WiEReG integration?

The Beneficial Owners documents are available exlusively for obligate entities and accessible via KYC API v2 endpoints.

Client access requirements

To enable access, the client must provide their registration number, which serves as the master number in the process. We use this master number to identify if the company is an obliged entity and perform a due diligence check before granting access. Once verified, the same master number is included in the API queries.

Credential sharing

Once access is approved by WiEReG, clients must share their ID or master number with us.. Credentials can be securely shared using any password management software or by sending a password-protected document containing the credentials via email to [email protected]

Clients can order two types of documents:

• Beneficial Owners Check – extended (ADDERWEAT)
